Ornilo is a task and list organization app for managing workspaces, projects, tasks, notes, tags, due dates, and checked items. Depending on the platform and version, Ornilo may also provide widgets, local notifications, iCloud sync, CSV export, list lock, and subscription features. We do not require you to create a separate Ornilo account to use the core app.
When you use Ornilo, you may provide workspace names, project/list names, task titles, notes, tags, due dates, banner or icon images, and related organization settings. This content is used only to provide the app's features to you.
Ornilo stores certain information locally on your device so the app can work properly. This may include:
Depending on the platform, some of this data may be stored in an app group container so the main app, widgets, and related extensions can access the same task data or entitlement state.
If you enable or use iCloud sync, Ornilo may sync your app data across your Apple devices using Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services. Synced data is handled through your Apple account and Apple's infrastructure. We do not operate a separate server to read or manage your task content.
On supported platforms, Ornilo may request access to photos or user-selected files so you can choose project banner or icon images, or export list data such as CSV files. Ornilo may also request notification permission for due-date reminders and local authentication permission for list lock. We use these permissions only to perform the actions you request.
If you choose to subscribe or make an in-app purchase, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card information. We may receive subscription status, entitlement state, and related transaction metadata from Apple and our subscription service provider to determine whether paid features, such as iCloud sync or list lock, should be unlocked.
Ornilo may use third-party services that are necessary to operate the app, such as Apple services, iCloud, App Store billing, and a subscription infrastructure provider. These services may process limited technical, sync, or purchase-related information strictly to provide billing, restore purchases, sync, diagnostics, or app functionality.
We may receive limited diagnostic or crash information from Apple or related platform tooling to help us improve stability and fix bugs. This data may include device model, operating system version, and app version.
Data stored locally by Ornilo generally remains on your device until you delete it, remove the app, or reset the relevant saved content. If iCloud sync is enabled, synced data may remain in iCloud according to your Apple account settings and Apple's policies. Purchase and billing records may be retained by Apple and related providers according to their policies.
We use reasonable measures to protect information handled by the Service. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Ornilo is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
