The rules for using Ornilo and its related services.
Effective date: May 19, 2026Welcome to Ornilo. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Ornilo app, related website pages, and associated features such as task management, projects, tags, widgets, iCloud sync, export, list lock, reminders, and subscription features (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. You must be at least the minimum age required in your country to use Ornilo.
Ornilo is a productivity app for organizing tasks into workspaces, projects, and lists. Depending on the platform and version, the Service may let you create tasks, add notes, assign tags, set due dates and reminders, group items with headlines, view smart lists such as All, Today, and Check, use widgets, export list data, lock lists, and sync supported data with iCloud.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Ornilo for your personal or internal business use. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service itself.
You are responsible for the workspace names, project/list names, tasks, notes, tags, images, and other material you enter into or manage with the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to store and use that content.
Ornilo helps you manage task data based on the information you provide. Reminder delivery, widget refreshes, iCloud sync timing, and export behavior may vary by device, operating system, Apple account status, network availability, app version, and subscription status. You are responsible for reviewing important tasks and deadlines; the Service is not a guaranteed alerting or archival system.
Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase, such as iCloud sync, list lock, or other advanced capabilities. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and billing rules. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.
Ornilo may rely on or link to third-party services, including Apple's platforms, iCloud, CloudKit, notification systems, and payment systems. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, uptime, sync behavior, or policies.
Ornilo, including its app code, interface, branding, and original assets, is owned by its creator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or workflow, or that the Service will always be free of defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ornilo and its creator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including loss of content, missed deadlines, failed reminders, sync issues, business interruption, or lost profits.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates legal or operational risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by the Ornilo Privacy Policy.
