This page is used to inform visitors regarding the policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone who decides to use this Service.
If you choose to use the Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that is collected is used for providing and improving the Service. The information will not be used or shared with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Use, which are accessible at IPTV Player App unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
IPTV Player App is a media player only. It does not provide, host, broadcast, or supply any TV channels, streams, playlists, or media content of any kind. You bring your own content — for example an M3U/M3U8 playlist URL, an Xtream Codes account, or an EPG (program guide) link — and the app plays it back. You are solely responsible for the content you load and for ensuring you have the legal right to access it.
The IPTV Player App does not require you to create an account and does not ask for personally identifiable information such as your name, postal address, or phone number.
The following information is stored locally on your device and is used only to operate the app's features:
This data is kept in the app's private storage on your device. It is not transmitted to us, and we do not sell it. Playlist and account credentials are sent only to the IPTV provider/server you configured, in order to load the content you requested.
Whenever you use the Service, in the case of an error in the app, diagnostic data and information is collected (through third-party products) on your device. This Debugging Data may include information such as your device model and name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when using the Service, the time and date of your use, crash logs, and other statistics. This data is used only to diagnose problems and improve the stability of the app, and is not used to personally identify you.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use "cookies" explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and to know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
Third-party companies and individuals may be employed for the following reasons:
These third parties may have access to limited information (such as the Debugging Data described above) in order to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. They are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose. Such providers may include Apple App Store / Google Play services, Google Firebase (crash reporting and analytics), and a subscription-management provider used to process and validate in-app purchases. Payments for any subscriptions or purchases are handled by Apple or Google and are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Your trust in providing your information is valued, and commercially acceptable means are used to protect it, including the standard sandboxed storage and file-system protections of your device's operating system. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and its absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
This Service may contain links to other sites, and it plays back streams and program guides from servers operated by third parties. If you follow such a link or load such content, you will be directed to or connected with that third party. Note that these external sites and servers are not operated by us. Therefore, you are strongly advised to review the Privacy Policy of those websites and providers. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
This Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. Personally identifiable information from children under 13 is not knowingly collected. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it is immediately deleted. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that the necessary actions can be taken.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are therefore advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
