SubscriptionGuard Tracker helps you track, manage, and monitor your recurring subscriptions and their renewal dates. The app is local-first, does not require an account, and does not sell your personal data.
The app stores the following data locally on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, syncs it to your private iCloud account:
This data is stored locally in a SQLite database within the app's private container on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers.
If you have iCloud enabled on your device, SubscriptionGuard Tracker uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your subscription data and settings across your own Apple devices. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
When you search for an app to associate with a subscription, the app queries Apple's public iTunes Search API. This request includes the search term you typed. No personal information is sent. We do not store search queries.
SubscriptionGuard Tracker can send local renewal reminder notifications. These notifications are generated entirely on your device based on renewal dates and reminder settings you configure. No notification data is sent to external servers.

The app does not request access to contacts, photos, location, microphone, camera, or any other sensitive device resource.
We do not collect personally identifiable information. If you choose to contact support by email, your message and email address are used only to respond to your request.
When errors occur, Apple may provide aggregated, anonymized diagnostic data through App Store Connect. This may include device model, OS version, and crash context. We use this data only to improve app stability and do not use it to identify individual users.
SubscriptionGuard Tracker does not include advertising SDKs, analytics frameworks, or third-party tracking libraries. The only external network request is the iTunes Search API query described above.
All your data is stored locally on your device. You can delete individual subscriptions at any time within the app. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data. If iCloud sync is enabled, you can manage or delete iCloud data through your device's iCloud settings.
We value your trust. Your data is stored in the app's private sandboxed container and, when synced, in your personal encrypted iCloud account. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
SubscriptionGuard Tracker is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with an updated effective date.
