Effective date: April 14, 2026Welcome to SubscriptionGuard Tracker. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
SubscriptionGuard Tracker is a personal subscription management app that helps you track recurring bills and subscriptions, monitor renewal dates, view spending summaries, and receive local renewal reminders. The app stores your data locally on your device and can optionally sync it across your Apple devices via iCloud.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use to manage your own subscription records.
Spending summaries, monthly equivalents, and renewal forecasts displayed in the app are calculated from the data you enter and are provided for informational purposes only. They are estimates and do not constitute financial advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the information displayed.
SubscriptionGuard Tracker allows you to associate subscriptions with apps from the App Store. App names, icons, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. SubscriptionGuard Tracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party app or developer whose name or icon may appear in the app.
When iCloud sync is enabled, your subscription data is stored in your personal iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining your iCloud account and ensuring it is in good standing. We have no access to your iCloud data and are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from iCloud service disruptions.
The Service may send local renewal reminder notifications based on the dates and settings you configure. Notification delivery depends on your device settings, iOS version, and whether you have granted notification permission. We do not guarantee that reminders will be delivered in all circumstances.
Because the app is local-first, deleting the app or resetting your device without a backup will permanently remove your data. We recommend keeping your device backed up via iCloud or iTunes. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, or app removal.

Some features may require a one-time purchase or in-app purchase. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and policies. You can manage purchases in your App Store account settings.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs. The Service does not provide financial, legal, or professional advice of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubscriptionGuard Tracker and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed renewal payments, or financial decisions based on information displayed in the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. We will post any changes on this page with an updated effective date.
